INTO THE PATH
Leaving the Crowd - The Journey #23
A mold forged from pure diamond, offered with the weight of the world behind it.
Is it easy to accept such a shape?
Far easier than rising on your own—shining like the sun, unmasked.
Leaving the crowd behind, a select brave few choose to see everything, and still speak their truth. Choose to be who they really are… free.
Were you thinking you broke my heart? I bet you didn’t know it was already in pieces. The real trick was going to be making it whole and complete. At the fork in my path, I will not follow the herd. In the footsteps of the few, I’ll take the grand leap. My heart, in pieces, has opened its eyes. Now my faith is no longer blind. I’ve learned the lessons. Now, in life’s next test, will I succeed? It wouldn’t be a bigger life, if the risks weren’t so steep.

Not as one who longs for love, but as one who can carry it. What remains is not more insight. It is courage. And she knows it. ❤️
There’s such a quiet courage running through this, Marwa, and it's the kind that doesn’t announce itself. It just stands a little straighter and tells the truth anyway.
The moment you twist the “broken heart” line is beautifully done.
It isn’t drama, it’s clarity: the break wasn’t the wound, it was the beginning of seeing what was already there.
That’s a kind of honesty only someone deeply attuned to themselves could write.
And the ending carries that signature of yours — brave, reflective, but never loud.
A reminder that growth always asks for a higher price, but also offers a wider horizon in return.
Really lovely 💛
